After recording my weight for over a year I finally realize I can't eat small portions of food, it acts as a appraiser an I can't stop. The only way to lose is eating very very small portions. It must be this way for the rest of my life and I have accepted this.
Purchased some genes size 44 1-31-2012, currently I ware a size 50-52 it's my goal to ware those 42's when I go on my Caribbean cruise in Nov this year. Only time will tell but I will never give up because quitters don't win!!!

Eating to little can slow you metabolism. The trick is to find the highest calorie amount you can eat and still maintain a weight loss. I find that tracking all of the food I eat, even on bad days, keeps me accountable. Certain foods can trigger a binge, quite often they are highly processed foods. By tracking what you eat you can see what these food might be.
