For the past 2 days I have cut my calories and started eating a low carb. 82 carbs per day. I am very proud of myself as I haven't cheated or anything. I do have 1 or 2 diet sodas a day but for what I'm doing I guess that's fine. Thanks to youtubes Remington James for this amazing drop. You e taught me how to eat and eat good without going over board.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week

Oh yes. I plan to keep this up for 2 whole weeks then eat regular food 2 weeks then go back to how I'm eating now for two weeks. Course I won't binge on stuff. I will still watch what I put in my pie hole.

CARBS ARE THE ENEMY UNLESS U ARE BURNING 4-5K CALORIES A DAY. U R DOING GREAT...KEEP IT UP....

Thank you so much. I am doing the best I can. Already started craving fried stuff. I didn't even eat that before. Gonna hit my goal. Getting some gains.
