wSo basically, you skipped breakfast and any late night snacking? When I tried it, I realized, #1 I survived and #2, skipping a meal now and then but staying put on real paleo food is the deal. I noticed you are below your goal weight and you look very lean to me. Are you trying to gain a bit to get to 135? I noticed also that you are way below your minimum calorie requirement. That stalled me completely. I am also way older than you, so I don't know if our needs match. I am 135 now and have been there since January and I'm waiting out a stall...but I read The Vegetarian Myth. Really good, interesting and well documented book.

Yep, that is basically what I did, and yes, I'm trying to get to 135lbs. Lately, I've been able to gain more than I was before, though I think it's largely muscle weight. Usually I'm able to get within 5% of my daily caloric requirements. On occasion I've blown them out of the water, haha, but I've seen no ill effects from those days; perhaps it's due to my food being clean and largely non-inflammatory? - I'm sure my body needs the nutrients, regardless. If I'm burning the calories, I don't much worry about them! Love it! I'll have to take a look at that book, Thank you! How long have you been primal? Are you feeling like you're having success?
