Since starting this diet back in November I have lost 10 pounds...I dont feel like I have lost any weight at all but the scale says I have. I will start feeling better once my clothes start fitting better.

Hang in there, Kitty :) I know what you mean about the clothes---I need new jeans but keep putting buying new cuz I want to buy smaller sizes--the only decent ones I have are capries and they look dorky in Iowa's midwinter with a foot of snow on the ground!
