I completed my forty day diet, however, I have not loss the weight I wanted, therefore I plan to be on the diet for four months, hopefully. It has taught me a lot about the types of food to eat and the amount of calories being consumed. I will check back with ya.
I basically loss a total of 14 pounds in forty days-only losing four pounds within the past 30 days-not good. I will try to do better.
