Well not happy with the rice diet, so I am just eating less. I am recording what I eat and keeping track of calories. I dont really like the paper work, but it seems to be what really helps the most. I am also kinda keeping track of my points as in W.W. and also using some of the packages of diet food I bought ages ago. they are lo in calories---about 100 calories in a package.
I have been invited to peoples house for dinner two times last week and went to a luncheon and am going out again tonight. I ate very little at any of the places. I just can't eat much and expect to keep my weight under control. I don't really mind it. That is what I used to do. I did get to feeling sorry for myself, but now I have to be honest. It is better to keep the pounds off.I am tires of being embarrassed about my weight. I have tried on a lot of my clothes and either can't get in them or look pretty bad if I can zip things up. I am tired of that! So there is only one way out!
