I went a little overboard on my sit-ups push-ups and squats on Saturday. I read on if I could still exercise while being sore and it said if it's minor it's not a problem but if it's severe pain when you walk or move then it's best to not exercise for a couple days to let the pain settle down. Won't over do it next time. Learned my lesson.
