I got some sneakers yesterday. Walking is pretty boring but I'm a little sweaty after just ten minutes. This time a year ago I used to walk two miles to/from work every day. I need to get back to that level of fitness at minimum. Ideally I'd like to swim again.
I put powdered jalapeno on a pair of chicken thighs, and a small can of mushrooms. I had cooked them in the fat of 3 slices of bacon. It was pretty fabulous so I might eat that again today.
