So after not recording anything for about a week or two, I'm starting again.
I just felt so tired of recording each and every thing I was eating and felt like I needed a break to just be and not worry about that. That being said, I did tend to deviate from my nutritional goals more often, especially with eating out with friends more often this past week, since an old friend was in town. But I still don't think I did too bad. Definitely could have been allot worse!

So now I'm back to tracking and hoping to be more consistent with it. Also going to start doing yoga again, which I haven't been doing lately and I really miss. I can definitely feel the difference in my body and in my mood when I go too long off the mat!
