I'm addicted to sugar (or fat) - one cupcake derailed me for the weekend. I stepped on the scale and I'm down .7 from last week but if I don't get it in gear today I will have a gain. Onward! I'm hoping in a little over a month I will be called for testing for a job at the Pierce County Sherrif's office as an Office Assistant and I want to be down 8 pounds by then (out of the 170s) and even more before an interview. I'm thinking positive here!
