Very unhappy with what I did the last two days. I just ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. Back on track today however I'm going to my parents house for dinner so maybe I can eat something not filled with calories.

Thank you. I started back on and fell off again. Getting back to it. I wasn't happy with myself which lead to me eating whatever was in sight yesterday. Back at work today so I know I'll be back on track. Only gonna eat from the lunch box.
