My stomach was upset from eating to much steak for dinner after having been on my low calorie diet. I took a multivitamin which didn't help. I'm not sure when to take my vitamins as they seem to upset my stomach no matter when I take them... frustrating. Went to the gym this morning! That makes for three in a row - and no drinking either since Sunday - thats 4 days. I AM going to make it through this weekend and I AM going to the gym this weekend. I am going to allow myself a calorie increase for Fri and Sat - but am still going to track it in fatsecret. I think it may be wise to keep my metabolism used to more food - or weight maitenance will be brutal. 6 more days till Valentines. I wanted to be 115 by then but I'm going to be more realistic and say 2 lbs would be a healthier loss.
