Another day, another pound. Onederland--Here I come!!!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Whoop whoop whoop!!! Fantastic!!!! Sarah do you log all of your food? What's your diet like? I'm trying to get a handle on mine more closely or see what I can add or change to actually lose pds!!

No, I don't log nearly all of my food. I just log when I think about it. I try to eat just what i know is HEALTHY food, but I slipp a lot, and I eat small portions. I drink a lot of water to compensate. I eat around 1400 calories a day
