Hi there,
Yesterday i had a lovely time at the sauna with my friend. Renewed motivation, today i start my diet all over again. this is the first day. there is no turning back!!! I pretend last half year didn.t happen, and when i look at the scale i am shocked that my BMI is this high! my foot still hurts and it is time to loose at least 10 kilo's... - first i set my current weight at 94.2 (for two day's now so it is a nice start) - second is to set a final goal at 64 kilo. - third i set a first (rumba) reasonable, understandable, measurable, behaviorable, attainable goal:
Eat 1600 to 1650 Kcals each day. And exercise for at least 20 minutes each day, untill the scale reaches 92.
So, here we go!!! Lets hunt!
