This morning I weighed and got the number 207.2. My body fat percentage is 58.4. And my bmi is 35.4. Still working on it but would like to be under 200 by the end of the month. Going to start meal prepping with healthy foods soon and maybe that will help. I get released to exercise on may 23 so I will be able to start working out. So far I've lost 28 pounds from my highest weight.
