Ran 2 miles today on the treadmill. I reached my goal. Time for a new goal. I want to increase my flexibility. Test is Leg out to the front, head touching my legs. Stretching 3-5 times a week. 30 day goal.

2nd goal, eat at a 0-1, stop at 5.

Here we go.
