176.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

with 1558 cals a day i wouldn't consider it a fast track to skinny

Isabella13 As you can see from my daily journal that 1558 cals is not my standard daily intake.And you must keep in mind that Atkins is not about calorie counting or starvation. My RDI is 1900 cals and I have never even reached it.
