Im bad at routines so this is hard for me. I work full time go to school and have a million animals so my time is limited. I have no problem staying thin but im getting married soon so i gota find a way to drop my lbs and keep it off. I guess thats bc when im single i dont eat dinne just grab a granola bar or a banana or sumthing like that .another problem is i love food and love to cook. But more importantly im ready to make adjustments. I just bought a treadmill so when that arrives im sure it will help but my main problem is over eatting. Gota find a way to work on my self control bc its not that im uncomfortable with @my weight or how i look, i just kno i cud look better with some effort. Sooo here i am trying to find a new way to help me kick the last 15 or so pounds off :)
