I've been really hoping to lose this month, but until I see my doctor at the end of the month I don't think I will get very far. If I lose anything it will be because I can't eat without feeling yucky and haven't been exercising because my stomach cramps up and I feel sick. Hopefully, by next month I can get back on track with eating and exercising. I'm crossing my fingers.

It is really tough to work out and eat right with your stomach being mean. I hope you have a good doctor or gastroenterologist to help you feel better soon. Do they know what's going on already?
