L: spinach, feta, strawberry and balsamic salad with quinoa mix and sweet potato
S: greek yogurt, 3 little bites of banana bread
D: quinoa mix, turkey and cheddar sandwich on wheat

Exercise: -500 cal on treadmill and elliptical
