ok so for the past few weeks things have been very hectic for me. have been running errands with my mom just to keep her company keeping my house picked up chasing after my ferret and doing everything for everybody except myself. along with that the work there had not been very good to me in the sense that I wasn't able to lose any weight., I've seen one of my buddies posts in regards to a 'No Weigh May', I'm going to try following her idea and thoughts on eating along with getting on my bike for more than 5 minutes a day, so starting today I'm not weighing myself until June 1st, and since there are only a few days left to April I will still be eating the way I have been until May 1st. As I've been stuck floating in the 160's wish me luck to get into the 150's (even 159 would be an improvement). will still be posting now and then the whole time but no more weigh-ins until June 1st. Good luck to everyone else who may take on this challenge of a 'NO Weigh May' 😀 🍀
