Todays workout...Bike Ride...8 miles 45 mins..Treadmill..1 hour..incline 10.5 3.7 mph....Elliptical..10 mins..Water Jogging 1 1/2 hours...it was fun...i got one of my friends from WW to join me and she loved it...Everyone have a good Evening ..

If I just pace myself along with you, we'll have rock-hard bodies in no time! Picture me in your head, helping to push you up that incline on the treadmill! :)
