Yet another day (yesterday) that I failed to complete the ab work out challenge. =/ I had a stressful weekend with barely any down time, let alone time to squeeze in the ab exercises (especially in conjunction with cardio). Even though I feel unwell today, I will try to pick them back up tonight.
