Hi everyone! Yesterday I added working out to my new diet regime! Hahah. I did 30 mins and was ok until hunger hit me an hour later - I felt like if I didn't have something sweet I would pass out, but ended up having a slice of avocado, a sip of diet coke (ok, one full glass! hahaha) and I felt much better. I was tempted to cheat but resisted and here I am, ready to take on a new day!
