Hi everyone! Yesterday I added working out to my new diet regime! Hahah. I did 30 mins and was ok until hunger hit me an hour later - I felt like if I didn't have something sweet I would pass out, but ended up having a slice of avocado, a sip of diet coke (ok, one full glass! hahaha) and I felt much better. I was tempted to cheat but resisted and here I am, ready to take on a new day!

Good going! I still have to add the workouts to my routine. No reason not too, but just haven't yet! Fantastic that you have done so!!! Keep up the good work...and before long the cravings for sweets will be pretty much gone (not ever totally for me, but mostly...LOL)!

You're doing really well!! Good for you. A good post workout snack is a few almonds. I usually have a protien shake with me at the gym for when I'm done but I like mine with OJ so that's out for now... I have a bag of almonds that I leave in my truck now.
