My wonderful husbands never fails to make me some more vegetable soup every weekend for the whole week! There are many easy recipes out there but pick your favorite veggies and add water, heat and add a beef stew package of seasonings...
143.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
