Thanks to everyone whose sent comments of support. I've been at this for years and just when I thought I was making progress, everything stopped. I'm hoping that keeping track of my daily food I can get things going again. I still haven't figured my way around this site. Not sure how to reply to individual comments. I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks again everyone.
