Who says they are bad for you? Bananas are great. It just depends on your diet choice (low carb or balanced). One banana has about 100 calories. I usually cut up half into yogurt. It has TONS of potassium which is great for you. Carbs are good if you don't eat them all day. Anything is good in moderation. Are you counting your calories? Just work it in. DOn't give it up. Or grapefruit or an apple, it is all good. Just know they are carbohydrates and soluble fiber, so work into your plan.
