I don't think I'm enjoying this any more. U see, I don't know what I'm doing right or wrong....I thought bananas were good for weight loss and now I hear just how bad they are! Somebody tell me the best fruits to eat then!!!! I'm just so damn frustrated

Who says they are bad for you? Bananas are great. It just depends on your diet choice (low carb or balanced). One banana has about 100 calories. I usually cut up half into yogurt. It has TONS of potassium which is great for you. Carbs are good if you don't eat them all day. Anything is good in moderation. Are you counting your calories? Just work it in. DOn't give it up. GO for protein rich foods and you will surley get a balance of good fats and carbs. Just know they are carbohydrates and soluble fiber, so work into your plan.

Don't give up. Are you logging in your food weight and exercise? If so look at your history and see what foods work for you and which ones do not! For me I drove myself crazy reading what is supposed to work. All of our bodies are different.Trial and success and error for me.Use the pie chart Balance is the key.
