I haven't been on here since July and am amazed my weight isn't worse than it is. My diabetes is out of control and I am going to have to do something about it very quickly and this is the best thing I can think of for now. Wish me luck!!!

227.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
