I drop 2 lbs. and am grateful can't wait to shed the other 10 I know it will take time and I must be patient. the 2 things I need to do to achieve my goal are drink more water and excerise.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
