I'm trying to switch from Atkins to Weight Watchers - but really just following a general diet of eating healthy veggies, good carbs, lean meats, less sugar and refined flour - and lots of water. Oh - and smaller portions. I cannot figure out for the life of my how to switch it though, off of Atkins. Grrr...Anyway, incorporating more exercise starting today! I'll walk a half hour.
