I indulged in a lot of peanuts, I mean really indulged. I am trying raw carrots this week as a substitute, although with the tasty dressing.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
