Fledgist's Journal, 19 January 2012

My weight is going nowhere at the moment. This is normal, indeed, in a while I want it to stay stable or oscillate within just a few pounds. At the moment, it can feel frustrating as I want it to go down those last few pounds.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 January 2012:
1526 kcal Fat: 43.66g | Prot: 53.77g | Carb: 230.38g.   Breakfast: Marmite, GreenWise Vanilla Soymilk, Herbal Tea, Bananas , Margarine (Fat Free, Tub) , Egg Omelet , Light & Fit Yogurt - Peach, raisins, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Tiger Tiger Plain Puppodums, Laughing Cow Light Cheese, Marmite, Kame Rice Crackers Black Sesame and Soy Sauce. Dinner: Fat Free Spread,  Hard Turron, Plain Puppodums, Trader Joe's Tarte aux Champignons. Snacks/Other: raisins. more...

Do you realise, you have lost 4 pounds since the 30th December...... That's not bad going in 19 days, at the end of your journey.. Over a pound a week!
