Meeting my pound a week target. I'm going for a trial day at a gym on Saturday so that should up my exersise and my office are doing a 'no cake February' so I that will remove the temptation during the day.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
