In 7 days I will begin a 5 day KETOGENIC fat fast. I made a challenge for those who want to join me. It's designed to break a stall. So, if you're stalled come on over.

The diet is 80% to 90% fat for those 5 days. It's a diuretic, so when you complete the five days you WILL regain from half a pound to 1.5 lbs. The last time I did completed my fast I regained .8 lbs back. You can lose 2 to 6 lbs. Last fat fast I lost 4.6 lbs. My official weight loss after the regain was 3.8 lbs.
