Ok, went totally off-grid yesterday so I'm not going to even try to put down what I ate. I started off today in the same mode, ate a whole can of fruit cocktail.
BUT, I pulled my self together and now I'm back on track. I'm going to severely limit my carbs for the rest of the day, and probably tomorrow, to undo the damage I've done.
I have a lot to do, just not a lot of energy or motivation to do it...working on that. I'll check in later...
