My first week of eating properly, and I've been dreading this morning, as I feel like I've done nothing but eat all week! 5.5 pounds off in 7 days, I'm over the moon! :o)
my elliptical trainer is due to arrive today, so looking Fwd to doing my first exercise in years! Bring it on! Lol!
254.9 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 79.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
