ugh. need to buy a scale. have yet to weigh myself all week. worried and stressed about whether i'm making any progress or not and what my weight currently is. top priority.
husband left today and will be gone for at least a month before i see him again. really sad. :( but, this gives me a month to lose more weight and surprise him, which excites me, because he knows how much i'm trying. just need to stay motivated. just keep working out. just keep walking. just keep eating healthy. just keep trying.
