I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just weighed myself before going to bed and it was 198.4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't seen that number in a LONG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's not official, because I only record my weigh-in's on Friday Mornings... I usually weigh my self every morning and every night. Even though it's not official I am so motivated!!!!!!!!
YAY! YAY! YAY! I am doing the happy dance!! I cannot wait until next Friday!!!!!

Wow, hope you don't mind me commenting on your journal but you are doing amazing! I love this site as it's nice to see how people are losing weight and getting recommendations from them, and also the motivation from people in the same position! I hope to remain as dedicated as you.

Thanks Ellie. I have my journal public so that I can possibly help someone else, an to also get motivation and help from others. I saw your profile and that you are a vegitarian. You might want to try looking into the south beach diet. You don't have a whole lot to lose, I think you can reach that in no time! Good Luck and thanks for your support! :)

How exciting for you! I just recently joined this site and I started the South Beach diet about 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love it so far. I have a ways to go before I can really do the under 200lbs happy dance, (although, each week when I way in I have been doing it anyways...lol) but I so cannot wait for that day! Keep up the great work. By the way I love the before and during pictures! I cant wait to see the after =)

Thanks Muzikal! Every week that I have had a loss I also do the happy dance. We should celebrate every pound we are able to say goodbye to.
I'm gonna do another during picture. I can't wait for the after either :)
