good luck...the wedding should be easy...we had one and the nature of wedding food is salad...which you can load up on and baked chicken or steak...just skip the potatoe and add veggies...

Good luck! I just bought the SB cookbook and I'm loving it! It seems so much easier to read than the SB book. I find it much easier to make food choices when it comes right out of a recipe book. No need to read every label this way. Stick to it - you'll love how it feels after the carb cravings subside!

My advice to you is to be extremely good till the wedding. At the wedding, make smart choices and have your wine. If you like white wine or like me like white zinfindel, try it with half seltzer. Lemon/Lime Seltzer taste great with zinfindel. Lot of Luck to YOU!

I like the website www.south-diet-plan.com Once there it gives you a complete listing of all the foods you can have and what to avoid, it also shows you and explains the glycemic index of all the foods so you can make better choices out of what you are allowed. It also has tons of recipes. This site, is the best in the world for support and advice and understanding. Best wishes to you!
