everytime the same... i worry and worry and looks like it is not working, but when i look back a week i still lost about 1 kilo... i have to stop worrying.

have a worry free day all!
210.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
