No idea what happened here. I didn't weigh in last week because the scale didn't budge.

I'm on track for my 100 mile goal for February. Last week I ran around 28 miles, and I reached 9 miles this Saturday!

I need to do a better job at not eating so much junk food, because I think I'd be more on track.

Well, anyways, hope everyone has a good week!
134.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
