This is it! I've been cleared for the gym, and I am slowly but surely getting everything back to where it was before injury/surgery. Knee still feels like crap, but that crap keeps improving daily. Hope you guys are having a fantastic FatSecret day!

i don't know if this will help, i haven't had an injury or anything but my knee's will bother me every now and then so to counter that I am trying Dr Collagen joint support i also bought MSM(Methylsulfonylmethane) flakes from sunfoods i like the collagen haven't gotten the chance to try the flakes yet and 2 of my favs include Cortesia acute and chronic injury salve with solomon seal with their 100%pure Magnesium spray optimal, you can research any of these to see if they will be helpful to your recovery the last 2 come from this site and i love them http://www.solomonsseal.net/productdescriptions.html
