I haven't done well eating properly these past 2 weeks. I also have not stepped foot in a gym in 2 or 3 weeks. Ugh... The good thing, though, I have lost weight. My last weigh in (recorded here) showed I lost 4.6 lbs. Today, I can feel some extra room in the pant legs at the thigh area!!! It's roomy in there. Yeah!!! I'm excited about that, but in order to continue loosing weight, I need to get back on track and course correct ASAP.
