we have a new church starting time! One service at 9 am. I was crabby about getting up and going, but now I figure I like it and it is only 10 am when church is over. Now we can have breakfast after church. Bacon and eggs are right in keeping with my plan. It was a beautiful day yesterday and I suggested taking a walk. I never realized I was so out of shape. I made it about 1/4 of the way around the block then had to turn around and go back. I am definitely going to have to work on that.
