Really pissed off!!! Worked my butt off all week at the gym and ate right, even counting my calories and the scales tell me I'm 3lbs heavier....? I'm so mad right now I can't even begin to tell you :/

Please don't get discouraged!! You're doing great! Just an idea, if you don't already do this...try weighing yourself first thing in the morning, right before you get into the shower, with no clothes on to add weight to you. This should be your truest weight. If you weight yourself during the day or at night, the food you've eaten, the clothes you're wearing and exercise you've done affect the weight on the scale. Just an idea. Also, remember...gaining muscle = losing fat but more muscle also weighs more. You could be gaining muscle. :) Good luck to you and keep it up!! You're doing great!

FYI, Muscles weigh more than fat....just keep that in the back of your mind. I have the same problem but I am actually loosing inches. Maybe instead of weighing as much you take measurements of your waist, hips and bust line. That will show you that you are really loosing fat! Keep your chin up. I have faith!

Oh and don't drop under 1200 calories a day, that puts your body into starvation mode, which isn't good either. Your body won't work right in loosing weight if you aren't giving it the nutrition to sustain.
