Wow gained all the weight back from last week. Hurt my back andhave had stomach issues. Taking minimum food in today yo see what is making me sick everyday.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1374 kcal Fat: 110.63g | Prot: 65.00g | Carb: 42.21g.   Breakfast: Heat 'n Serve Fully Cooked Sausage Patties, half and half, coffee, atkins shake. Lunch: butter, wheat oat flax pita, fully cooked bacon, sharp cheddar, celery. Dinner: whipped cream cheese, red pepper. Snacks/Other: almonds, International French Vanilla Cafe Sugar Free Decaffeinated Coffee Drink Mix, Atkins Endulge Chocolate Coconut Bar. more...
