yes, today was a good day. My hubby took me to McDonalds, but I settled for a salad with grilled chicken and Southwestern dressing. When I went in I was hungry for more but common sense took over and I persevered. It was a non scale victory! I am with HCB and Operation Weekend Watch. I wont let her down.

Stared at the vending machine for a few minutes, wanted a Hersey with almonds walked away. We can do this.

Good for you! There will come a day when that is not really a choice. I don't even want that stuff anymore.
