So my weight went up a few pounds over the day and night, I'm not surprised as I ate a whole Publix fried chicken eight box and brought home a six pack of Newcastle sale (but only drink one, LOL). My total calorie count was only a couple hundred above my RDI for the day, but I believe the massive influx of chicken slowed down my digestive process. My gut still feels heavy even 14 hours after eating. So I'm getting a better feeling now how eating mostly plant-based sources affects my digestion. But damn! fried chicken was so good.
I saw my personal counselor yesterday and while it was a very difficult session I came out with A longer perspective and greater understanding of my wife, the trauma abuse affects on her behaviors and thinking/Cognitive processes. That's why I bought a beer and an eight pack box, LOL. Whatever…
So looks like I will be back to eating mostly plant-based, but, first I've got a turkey breast to smoke, ha ha.
