ugh it is so hard to follow a diet so I think I am going to start concentrating my diet on excercise

It's ok, especially at first; it takes time to acclimatise yourself. Just record your food, whatever it is; you'll find you'll start limiting yourself automatically. Just remember not to beat yourself up if ever you slip. It's a process and everyday you move toward your goal even if there's a little setback. Besides, once you start to exercise, you'll not want to waste all of your efforts by eating more than you need to. Do what you gotta do, we're here for you!

Hang in there kiddo, you are so pretty...dad needs a shotgun now!! I had to get out of bed and eat graham crackers w/peanut butter last night, couldn't sleep...felt empty...lol.

haha I know, we need to make sure we are not starving ourselves, just eating right lol its so hard
