New week.....new approach...maybe
Had a terrible day yesterday....instead of eating meals....I grazed all day. I am going to try again to go back to 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks...that really works best for me....helps me keep better track of what I really eat. I am also trying to do what I tell others....don't be so hard on yourself when you have a off moment or day....do let it snowball and start again.

You're right - grazing is the worst! You tell yourself you don't want much and will just have something small but you end up eating more than you would have in a meal.... I agree I think a proper breakfast, lunch and dinner are the best way to go. Snacks of fruit or yogurt and plenty of water in between.
